Caroline Rochford Consulting is a consultancy business based in North East Fife, offering Human Resources, Equality and Training & Development support to small and medium sized businesses all over Scotland.

I am an experienced HR advisor , a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development , and a Fellow of the Society of Specialist Paralegals specialising in Employment Law.  I have recently become a lay member of Employment Tribunals Scotland and will sit on tribunals in Dundee ensuring that my knowledge of employment law, and particularly the impact of case law on employers and employees, will be current.
